این فراخوان برای همه ایرانیان و گروههای سیاسی و مدافع حقوق بشر که با حکومت جمهوری اسلامی مخالفند صادر شده است. توضیح بیشتر آنکه شورای واحد هماهنگی درون مرز دولت موقت در تبعید پس از آنکه از طریق نظر سنجی های خاص خود متوجه گردید که جمهوری اسلامی فاقد مشروعیت داخلی شده واکثریت مردم بدوراز جنگ درون جناحی دو مافیای قدرت بدنبال نجات و دموکراسی و خواهان تشکیل یک دولت موقت در تبعید برای دفاع از ملت بیدفاع هستند، این فراخوان را درداخل و خارج از کشور منتشر مینماید. اما از آنجا که برگزاری جلسات افتتاحیه و انتخاب نخست وزیر و وزیران کابینه و برگزاری علنی همایشها و کنفرانسهای خبری در داخل خاک ایران غیر قابل امکان و شانس موفقیت آن هیچ است، پس برای حل این مشکل قرار شد که از موقعیت خارج از کشور برای این مهم استفاده شود
شورای هماهنگی دولت موقت در تبعید ایران در چهارچوب قوانین و حقوق بین الملل در رابطه با دفاع در مقابل تروریسم و تجاوزدولت فاشیستی و نامشروع به ملت خود فعالیت خود را جهت تاسیس دولت نجات و آشتی ملی جهت پرهیز از خشونت و خو نریزی و واگذاری قدرت به نماینده گان ملت ادامه خواهد داد و همانطور که در پادمان مشاهده میشود، مفاد اعلامیه حقوق بشر در 30 ماده و5 ماده الحاقی را برای سلامت و اطمینان از خدمتگزاری کارکنان خود درراه دفاع از ملت و نجات کشور درسر لوحه فعالیتهای این دولت ملی قرار داده است
بدین ترتیب از کلیه شما ایرانیان داخل و خارج از کشور که مخالف دولت و حکومت تروریستی ایران به هر شکل و فرم که هست میباشید و خواهان مشارکت در این وظیفه ملی تشکیل دولت موقت در تبعید ایران هستید، خواهشمندیم پاسخ سوالات زیررا هر چه سریعتر به آدرس الکترونیک مندرج ارسال نمایید:
سوال اول: نام و نام خانوداگی خود را بنویسید
سوال دوم: شغل فعلی و مشاغل قبلی و تخصص های حرفه ای و غیر حرفه ای خود را برشمارید
سوال سوم: سال تولد ومحل تولد و شهر و کشور محل اقامت خودرا نام ببرید
سوال چهارم: در صورت داشتن حساب کاربری درفیس بوک و توییتر نام کاربری خودرا اعلام کنید. ارسال شماره تلفن و آدرس محل کار در این مرحله اختیاری است
سوال پنجم: چرا شما فکر میکنید فرد مناسبی برای ریاست دولت یا عضوی از کابینه و یا کارمندان اداری و غیر اداری آن و یا واحد خبری-مطبوعاتی و مالی-کمیته بحران و روابط عمومی و سایر موسسات مربوطه هستید؟ آیا مایل هستید به صورت داوطلبانه به این خدمت ملی بپردازید؟ اگر جواب شما نه میباشد توضیح بدهید برای هر ساعت کار چه مقدار دستمزد میخواهید

Recall for the establishment of TGIE
This recall has been issued for all political and human right organisations that oppose the regime of Islamic Republic of Iran.
The internal unit of TGIE following its investigations and the conduct of its own opinion polls realised that Islamic Republic has lost all its legitimacy in Iran. That is to say, the majority of Iranian people, far from the war between the two Mafioso factions within the regime, are looking for democracy and they strive for the emancipation of their motherland. They also wish to establish a transitional government in exile for defending the defenceless Iranian people. Therefore, the internal unit of TGIE is releasing this recall inside and outside the country.
However, as we know, it is not possible to organise and hold primary meetings for electing Prime Minister and other members of the government in Iran. Likewise it is not possible to hold meetings and press conferences, as the chance of success of such measures is zero. Considering this, we decided to overcome this problem by taking advantage of the situation outside the country and to use it for our benefit.
Within the International law’s legal framework there is an important principle regarding the right to defend against terrorism and aggression of illegitimate fascist governments to its people. Within this framework the coordinating division of TGIE has increased and will continue its efforts towards establishing a government of national reconciliation in order to avoid violence and bloodshed and in order to submit power to representatives of Iranian people.
As explained in the General Outline, the Declaration of Human Rights is the foundation of our activities. Thus we promise to give transparent and fair services and assistance to our people in their struggle for the emancipation of Iran. We also assure them we will continue delivering these services, as our high priority is the national duty, based on human rights principles.
We, therefore request from you, all the Iranians living inside and outside Iran, who are against the terrorist regime and government of Islamic Republic regardless of belief and ideology who want to participate in the national duty of forming of TGIE, to answer the following questions ASAP and send them over to the given e-mail address.
1- Name and Surname
2-Current and previous occupations, professional and non-professional expertise
3- Date, city and the country of birth and current place of residence
4-Do you have an account in FACEBOOK or TWITTER, please give your user name in these two accounts. Telephone number and work address are optional at this stage.
5-Why do you think you are a suitable person to lead the cabinet or serve in it as minister, or as a member of staff in office or outside it, or as a member of News/Press Financial Team, Crisis Committee and Public Relation Team, or in other related teams. Are you ready to work voluntarily in this national service or if not how much do you think you should be paid hourly?
6- If you have a record of current engagement in political or human rights activities inside and outside Iran either as individual or in collective way and been a political prisoner give us a brief history.
7 – What amount of financial contribution can you on a monthly basis to expenses of TGIE or other forms of contribution please specify:
